You'll move across statistics, vehicle documentation, logistics, contracts, and finance. AI runs through all of it — not a separate track, but the default way to process, verify, and improve.
Statistics & reporting
Collect and process sales data with precision. AI-assisted analysis turns numbers into insights.
Vehicle documentation
Professional vehicle photography for sales, quality visual materials, and AI-enhanced image optimization.
Transport & logistics
Coordinate vehicle loading, on-site inspections at seller locations, and timely document submission.
Contract management
Precise tracking of contracts and transfer docs, owner changes at Maanteeamet, full compliance assurance.
Financial documents
Invoice creation, purchase invoice uploads to bank, reconciliation, and AI-assisted error detection before it counts.

Essential qualities
Absolute trustworthiness and integrity — you handle contracts, documents, and sensitive data
Exceptional attention to detail — there is no room for errors in contracts or invoices
Strong English, spoken and written — our working language is English
Proactive and organised — you see what needs to be done before being asked
Comfortable with MS Office, email, and document management
Strong advantage
Hands-on experience with AI tools — ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or automation platforms like n8n
Background in document management, administration, or customer service
Automotive interest or industry experience — gearhead not required
Have improved a process or shipped an automation — even a small one — that you're proud of
